Minster Lovell playground

Minster Lovell playground

Date of Adventure: 20 Jan, 2025

This cracking playground in Minster Lovell underwent a £100k refurbishment at the end of 2024 and it is packed full of new and interesting equipment.

They certainly squeeze a lot in, including a challenging play structure for older children along with a mini obstacle course and rebounder (never seen this anywhere other than Ninja Warrior!). The options for younger children are aplenty too with an interactive smaller play structure, mini obstacle course and pretend shop – we love the nod to Minster Lovell on it!

There’s the usual suspects like the in-ground trampoline, seesaw, springer, spinners and roundabout, plus an inclusive selection of swings There was something for all of my 3 boys to enjoy (aged 5 – 11) and our 2 hour visit whizzed past – in fact it was impossible to get them to leave! Bring a ball for a kick about on the green after.

We loved exploring so many new and rejuvenated playgrounds last year and we’re looking forward to visiting more in 2026! Fantastic to see this investment in children and play!!
