High Lodge Farm Pumpkin Patch and Spooky Trail

High Lodge Farm Pumpkin Patch and Spooky Trail

Date of Adventure: 24 Sep, 2023

We love High Lodge Farm for Halloween shenanigans – every event here gets slicker and slicker, without feeling commercialised, as they really hone in on their offer to families.

Start at the Spooky Trail through the woods: fun and interactive with lots to spot, including letters you’ll see on the way round which you can unscramble to win a prize. There’s more original characters painted onto boards, new parts to engage children and lots of interactive opportunities…you’ll also notice some old favourites there too. Next, into the sunflower graveyard where you’ll pass tombstones, ghosts and even a skeleton sitting on the loo!

After you’ve done all of that there’s still more to entertain with the pumpkin patch. But it’s not just a pumpkin patch, you’ll find hay bales, games, face painting, sandpit, fire pits, tractor and covered seating areas all in one field, plus a big selection of foods including ice cream too. This set up really works well as families can freely move around in the one space: the dream!

As always the pumpkin patch itself is super cute with lots of choice and varieties. Grab yourself a sleigh or wheelbarrow (including small ones for children) to cart around pumpkins. Don’t forget to take some pics of your little pumpkins on the way round too. We just love Halloween so much!!!
